Privacy Policy

We may collect the following categories of information, depending on how you use PlotRush:

Account information: email address, display name, authentication provider, and if you sign in with Google, basic Google profile information such as your name, email address, and profile image. If you create an email/password account, your password is stored in hashed form and is not stored as plain text.

Guest account information: if you start as a guest, we create a guest account identifier so your game progress can be saved.

Location information: approximate or precise location, only when you grant permission. In PlotRush, location is used to center the map on your current position and support location-based gameplay features. PlotRush does not request background location.

Gameplay and profile data: plot ownership, selected plots, plot names, building progress, guard status, rewards, NOX balance, XP, badges, leaderboard data, recent activity, and game settings.

Device and app data: app version, session data, log data, IP address, browser or device information, and technical diagnostics needed to keep the app secure and working properly.

Local storage data: PlotRush stores certain data on your device, such as cached settings, map position, wallet state, XP, badge progress, and active user context, to improve load times and preserve your experience between sessions.

Communications data: if you request a password reset, we process your email address and send a password reset email.

Advertising data: if you use rewarded ads, advertising partners may collect data such as device identifiers, IP address, ad interaction data, ad delivery and measurement data, consent and privacy signals, and fraud-prevention signals in accordance with their own privacy practices. These partners may include Google AdMob and mediation partners such as AppLovin when enabled in PlotRush.

We use information to:

provide the app and save your game progress;

authenticate users and secure accounts;

let you sign in with Google or with email and password;

show the map, nearby context, and plot-related location data;

process gameplay actions, rewards, badges, and leaderboards;

send password reset emails when requested;

serve rewarded ads and prevent abuse or fraud;

improve app stability, performance, and security;

comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers and partners only as needed to operate PlotRush, including:

Google for Google Sign-In, Google Play services, AdMob rewarded ads, and Google Street View or related map services;

AppLovin and other ad mediation partners for rewarded ad delivery, ad measurement, fraud prevention, and privacy or consent signaling when those partners are enabled for PlotRush;

email service providers such as Resend for password reset emails;

hosting, infrastructure, and database providers that help us run the app backend and store gameplay data;

authorities or other parties if required by law, to protect users, to investigate fraud, or to enforce our legal rights.

If you created a PlotRush account and want it deleted, use our account deletion page or contact the developer using the contact email shown on the Google Play store listing for PlotRush and include the email address linked to your account.

When we receive a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize the account data and gameplay data that can reasonably be linked to you, unless we must retain certain information for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal information.

Where available in the app, you can also review or update your advertising privacy choices through the in-app privacy options flow. Availability of those options may depend on your region, device, and the advertising partners currently enabled.
